- Adaptable Housing, ST MARYS NSW: Class 1a Townhouse development to comply with AS4299 Adaptable Housing to Class C level.
- Boarding House, SIVERWATER NSW: Access report required for a Construction Certificate for a Class 3, 2 storey boarding house containing 18 sole occupancy units and basement carpark.
- Swimming Pool, ROUSE HILL NSW: Access compliance report required for a new swimming pool for use in swimming lessons for children suitable for a Complying Development Certificate
- Retail Shops, REGENTS PARK QLD: Access report required for a Complying Development Certificate for 3 new retail shops. Required for a Construction Certificate
Access Site Audits
- Bowling Club (circ 1950), BONDI NSW: provided a report outlining key priorities and advice to improve accessibility for its members and staff
- Indigenous Corporation Offices, WATERLOO NSW: Provision of advice on simple and cost-effective modifications to improve accessibility to its offices and common areas used by its clients
- Hospital Landscaping & Walkways, MONA VALE NSW: on-site visit to review part completed walkways, outdoor furniture and landscaping for compliance with the Australian Standards
Access Site Inspections
- Childcare Centre, GLENDENNING NSW: The Certifier required an on-site certification visit to review completed building works for compliance with the relevant Australian Standards
- Gym Fit-out, CHARLESTOWN NSW: existing commercial premise fitted out for use as a gym. A site visit was required to inspect final building work for compliance with the ‘Access’ provisions.
- Marina, MOSMAN NSW: An on-site inspection was required for alterations to a new berthing facility at a Marina as part of an Occupation Certificate.
Performance Solutions
- Café and Kids Play Area, ASQUITH: Certifier required a Performance Solution to address a single handrail on the stairwell.
- Commercial Offices, THIRROUL NSW: A Performance Solution was required to address the non-compliance of a proposed bollard location in a Designated Accessible Parking Bay.
- Veterinary Clinic, EASTWOOD NSW: Fit-out of existing commercial premise for use as a Vet. Performance Solution report required for step-up at the principal pedestrian entrance.
